The doctor who saw myself and young person was pleasant, calm, and she listened to my concerns.
She was really friendly and easy to spoke to.
We came out feeling confident with diagnosis, and what the future held. Thank you.
Very efficient process on referral to GOSH, seen promptly & received exceptional care from all staff. Dr was friendly, welcoming & reassuring throughout the process.
The doctor was really good because she explored different possibilities as to the lump that is appearing she also listened to our suggestion about coinciding his surgery with his cleft palate repair to try to minimise the need for two separate anaesthetics if he does eventually require surgery.
